National PPO Networks
Our private PPO plans use national networks like MultiPlan and First Health, so you can see doctors and specialists nationwide with no referrals. These are not ACA Marketplace plans.

Low or no monthly cost for those who qualify
Many people qualify for a $0 or reduced-premium Marketplace plan based on household size and income.

Coverage that starts when you need it
Marketplace coverage generally starts the first of the month after you enroll.

Yes. Comparing plans with a Nuera agent costs nothing, and there's no obligation to buy. If you enroll, the insurance company pays us, so you don't pay extra for our help.
No. We use your information to help with your quote. You can opt out any time: reply STOP to a text or just tell your agent you're all set.
It depends on the plan and its network. Tell your agent which doctors, hospitals and prescriptions matter to you, and they'll check them against each plan before you choose.
Marketplace (ACA) plans cover pre-existing conditions, include essential health benefits, and may qualify for tax credits that lower your monthly premium. Private PPO plans can give you access to national networks like MultiPlan and First Health, but they are not ACA Marketplace plans: they may not cover pre-existing conditions and don't qualify for tax credits. Your agent will walk you through both.
It depends on your household size, income and ZIP code. Many people qualify for tax credits that lower or even cover their monthly premium. Your agent can check for you in a few minutes.
Open Enrollment for 2027 coverage runs November 1, 2026 through January 15, 2027. Enroll by December 15 for coverage that starts January 1. Outside that window, you may still qualify for a Special Enrollment Period after events like losing job-based coverage, moving, getting married or having a baby.
Losing employer coverage usually opens a 60-day Special Enrollment Period. Before you sign up for COBRA, compare it against Marketplace plans. With tax credits, a Marketplace plan often costs much less.
About 10 minutes. Your agent asks a few questions, shows you your options side by side, and answers anything you're unsure about.
